Circulus Workspace, founded in 2021 expands these services into the global market with a goal of bringing people back to the workspace in a safe and compliant setting. John co-founded Circulus Workspace to provide a unique solution to infrastructure capacity problems. Frustrated with the inherent shortcomings of existing in-house and outsourced models, John has been instrumental in launching Portal Group’s Managed Office Solutions business model in the European market.

Peter Kenny
Co-Founder
Peter and John Gotley formed Circulus Workspace in February of 2021. Circulus is the United States entity of The portal Group, www.portalgroip.uk.com . Established in 2000 Portal became the leading provider of managed offices to a diverse portfolio of leading companies across Europe.

Peter comes to with a background of 15 years in the financial services sector (Fidelity, JPM Chase, HSBC) with 10 years concentrated in the outsourcing business (Voice, BPO, KPO) working for SITEL, Accenture, and Teleperformance. Over the past 8 years Peter has provided facility services back into the call centre industry building and maintaining facilities for the industry globally (Europe, LATAM, Caribbean, US, Africa, Asia).
Peter earned his Master of Business Administration from Boston College and Villanova University. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. During the early stages of his career, Peter was an entrepreneur in financial services/credit lending sector and later sold his business when he decided to pursue opportunities working for a variety of fortune 100 companies.
Alex Gotley
Project Facilitator
As well as facilitating projects for Circulus, Alex runs a renewable energy business in Kenya.

Prior to moving to Kenya, Alex worked in the development of waste to energy and construction projects in the UK. He has had experience in a variety of roles from project management to business development and operations and logistics. Having spent 5 years in London as a Project Manager in construction, Alex has gained invaluable experience across all aspects of project delivery.
